Outreach Service

Contact includes assessments as Outpatients at Lottie Stewart Hospital , telephone calls, or home visits. "Home" may be a private home, boarding house, nursing home or hostel. Staff can help those with Huntingtons disease, their families and carers in various ways. Services include social work, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and dietetics.

Education about the disease, and its’ management, is an important function of the service.
