Huntington's Disease: Supplement Service

People with Huntington Disease have high energy requirements which can be difficult to meet by normal dietary means. Weight maintenance is necessary to maintain good health and functional capacity. Nutritional supplements are practical and convenient ways of meeting the increased energy requirements to help prevent weight loss.

These supplements are costly and we recognise the financial constraints of many of our clients who are on reduced incomes due to the effects of the disease. Substantial savings are possible through the purchase of these supplements through Lottie Stewart Hospital . The Supplement Service has been developed to provide nutritional supplements through Lottie Stewart Hospital to be sold to our clients at cost price.

The Procedure for the Supplement Service
