The BMDH library staff can help you locate resources and information.
We can help you to:
- Locate information and resources,
- Assist you to develop an effective strategy to find information, and
- Teach you how to use the catalogue and CIAP databases (link to schedule and Marie's information).

- Conduct a literature search or your behalf. Please note that conditions apply for this service and you will need to complete a Literature Request Form and speak to a member of the library staff about this service.

You can also ask for assistance when you are doing a search on Ovid databases on CIAP. Just click on the Ask Your Librarian link. This link will let you send an email to the librarian who will provide assistance to you.
After hours help - restricted to urgent questions on patient care
If you need help after business hours to answer an urgent clinical question relating to patient care you may chat with a librarian who will assist you. This service is called "Chasing the Sun" and it takes advantage of global time differences between countries to offer out-of-hours librarian support for clinicians seeking urgently needed information.
