Cumberland and Community Adult Mental Health Services

Clinical Psychology services are provided across Cumberland and Community Adult Mental Health units of Western Sydney Mental Health Service in line with the Service’s commitment to providing an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to client care. Continuity of care in the delivery of psychology services for clients of the Adult Mental Health Services is facilitated by the allocation of Clinical Psychologists between various related units within Rehabilitation services at Cumberland Hospital, and between hospital-based Acute Care units and the associated Community Mental Health Teams.

Clinical Psychologists are allocated on the various Cumberland and Community Adult Mental Health units as follows:

In addition to the professional services that the Clinical Psychologists provide as members of multidisciplinary teams on the above in-patient and out-patient units, specialised therapy services are also provided by the above staff through the Psychology Out-Patient Clinic, located at the Mental Health Sciences Centre.
