Emergency Medicine Career Medical Officer
Nepean Hospital
The Emergency Department has full accreditation for both adult (2 years) and paediatric (6 months) training with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine. The department has an active education program including tutorials and examination preparation for both the primary and fellowship ACEM exams and training in ED ultrasound. It also has an active research program with a current focus on trauma, clinical pathway development and work practice models.
Essential Criteria:
- Eligible for registration with NSW Medical Board
- Two (2) years postgraduate hospital experience with evidence of emergency medicine practice
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
