Blue Moutains & Penrith Health Services Planning & Redevelopment
Community Consultation & Information Sessions
More than 100 people attended a series of consultation and information sessions in December 2007 to find out more about local health planning issues.
Community members who registered their contact details at the information sessions will have received an information package from the Area Health Service.
At those sessions it was agreed to provide some additional information about:
- Area Health Advisory Committee
- Handouts of overheads used during presentation
- 24-hour Telephone Interpreter Service
- Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre Nepean
- Hearing Impaired services.
Other information requested, including a Service Directory for Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital, will be compiled and distributed in 2008. If you were unable to attend, a copy of the information is available here.
As discussed, there will be further sessions in 2008.
